OUR STORY
1958 - PLANTING OUR ROOTS
In 1958 Henri & Jeanne Baudry started a small venture acquiring a used International TD-18 Crawler and an 8 yd. Adams Scraper, to work on small projects for local municipalities and farmers. The push for proper land drainage was in need.
1964 - GROWTH
The development of the Glenlea Research Station led to the acquisition of two Euclid S-7 Self Propelled Scrapers and a Case 1000 Dozer. This project broadened Henri’s outlook for the future and began to acquire more equipment to expand and meet the industry’s needs.
1980 - NEW & IMPROVED
With numerous projects and experience in the industry, Henri & Jeanne's four sons, Richard, Denis, Gilbert and Alain joined the family business creating the team you now see today. The younger members of the company had big plans leading to the incorporation of H. Baudry Construction 1980 ltd. and creating the HB Group logo.

2000 - BIGGER & BETTER
The company grew, taking on milestone roadway projects such as PTH-75, PTH-59, PR200, PR305. Along with many, municipal flood protection projects, lagoons and the company workforce grew.
With over half-a-century of experience, we’ve integrated new methods of earthmoving. Such as 6×6 Articulated trucks, larger excavators, GPS guidance and survey equipment. Working on projects like Red River Floodway, East Side Road, land development project and much more.
PRESENT DATE
Many years of knowledge and experience within the industry are now being passed down to a new up coming generation. Innovative ideas, projects, technology, and training has kept H. Baudry Construction 1980 ltd on the forefront of change.
